As a Senior Project Manager at Storm ID, you will be responsible for successful execution of a number of complex projects from inception through to handover, ensuring quality of work, maintenance of resource schedule, budget controls, and client satisfaction. The role is highly varied, and no two days will be the same.
You will manage multiple simultaneous digital projects from inception to delivery, producing clear, concise, and realistic project management documentation all the while supporting the project team to delivery against objectives and managing client engagements.

About you
As a Senior Project Manager you should have experience of managing digital projects and leading teams to deliver outstanding outcomes to clients. You will have a keen eye for detail and an aptitude for getting things not just done but documented. You're a forward-looking problem solver with a strong work ethic, positive outlook and an assertive yet approachable manner.
You’ll also be:
- passionate about digital transformation and making a difference to clients
- able to demonstrate experience in an IT industry project management role, preferably in digital consultancy servicing public sector clients
- detail focused, a proactive planner and tracker of results
- an excellent communicator, adept at influencing stakeholders both internal and external
- a critical thinker with an ability to find solutions to problems
- adaptable, empathetic and confident at managing multi-disciplinary teams
- comfortable managing multiple digital projects simultaneously

What you'll do
You'll have a wide range of responsibilities. Here are some examples to give you a flavour of what you'll do:
- manage delivery of concurrent projects of varying complexity
- engage with key stakeholders to identify project objectives and key products to be delivered
- develop project specifications, agree project plan baselines including scope, key activities, deliverables, expectations, resource requirements, milestones and deadlines
- work closely with clients to ensure that all projects are completed to scope, quality and contractual requirements
- drive project execution; track delivery, conduct regular meetings and project-related communication, tract progress of project tasks, manage project team effectively
- expect, monitor and control change by collaborating with Client Services
- produce and record information accurately and consistently using appropriate tools and templates
- provide communication in a timely manner to relevant stakeholders
- proactively monitor and control budgets whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- attend customer meetings as required and support the wider team in managing customer meetings
- build effective relationships internally and externally; manage the relationship between the project teams of Storm ID and customers to ensure effective management of the scope and generate positive feedback of the experience
- mentor and guide more junior PMO team members and contribute to their development
