If you just want to get on our radar in case something comes up in the future, the first step is to send us your CV. Whether there's a role available or not, we'll still be in touch for a chat.
If we've got a role we think could be a match for you, we might have a wee chat with you on the phone first before inviting you in. We'll be able to tell you a bit more about the role and you can let us know if you're still interested.
If and when you do come in to meet us for a face-to-face interview, we hope you'll see it as a chance to get to know us. We definitely see interviews as a two way process and we like to keep the atmosphere as relaxed as possible. Wear what you like and be yourself.
Interviews usually last between 1 to 2 hours and we'll talk about everything from your work history to your skills, knowledge and experience. We want to get a sense of your ‘Storminess’ (how you fit with our values and culture) so we’ll ask about what makes you tick, what you value most and how you approach both your work and your life.
Depending on the role and the number of candidates, we might hold more than one interview. Either way we'll let you know what to expect as soon as possible.
After the interview, we'll get together to discuss all the candidates and make a decision. We’ll get back to you with a 'yes' or a 'no' as soon as we can. We won't keep you waiting unnecessarily and we'll call you to discuss the outcome. We hope you'll be able to give us some constructive feedback too.
